Policies for Volunteers working with children and youth

 
 
The following requirements are in keeping with the policies of the Diocese of Pensacola Bishops’ Charter Requirements and the Charter for the Protection of Children, Young People.
 
Any person paid or volunteer who works with children and youth (Saint Mary Catholic School), in Saint Mary Parish, MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE THEY CAN START IN THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED MINISTRY.

1. Email Catharine.OBannon@saintmaryschool.net to receive instructions for the volunteer process.
2. A Processing Fee of $65.00 must be paid to Saint Mary Catholic School prior to receiving volunteer instructions. To pay this fee online scan the QR code below.
                                                        3. The volunteer process is only required to be renewed every 5 years.

 
ALL VOLUNTEERS ENTERING SAINT MARY CATHOLIC SCHOOL CAMPUS MUST CHECK IN WITH THE FRONT OFFICE.  VOLUNTEERS AND VISITORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER SAINT MARY CATHOLIC SCHOOL CAMPUS THROUGH THE PARISH LIFE CENTER.
