To begin the admissions process, please complete the application form and submit the following:
- Most recent report card or transcript
- Most recent standardized testing scores
- Copy of IEP, 504 Plan, Diocesan Learning Support Plan, or private evaluation (if applicable)
- Full account of any discipline issues (if applicable)


Please note: No admission decisions can be made until all documentation has been received. Incomplete or withheld information may result in dismissal or revocation of acceptance.


Florida families: Every student in Florida is eligible for a state-funded scholarship. Even if your school application is still in process, you can apply for your scholarship today. Before you start the inquiry, please have the student’s birth certificate, current grades, standardized test scores, and academic documentation ready to upload. Your child’s application cannot be considered until all documents have been received.
